Swipelux OU एक EU-licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) है। Swipelux flow में regulated crypto activity करता है, जिसमें wallet creation, crypto custody, exchange, और blockchain execution शामिल हैं। Sub-merchants इन flows में VASP-regulated activity नहीं करते। वे:- UX/UI और user acquisition को नियंत्रित करते हैं
- users को Swipelux payment infrastructure से जोड़ते हैं
- कभी भी private keys नहीं रखते, नियंत्रित नहीं करते, या access नहीं करते
- कभी भी funds की custody नहीं करते या blockchain transactions execute नहीं करते
Regulatory Perimeter
