Document categories
Certificate of incorporation
Certificate of incorporation एक government-issued evidence है जो business के legal formation और registration को साबित करता है।
Evidence को चाहिए:
- Secretary of state या समकक्ष government body के साथ file किया गया हो

Corporate structure

Power of attorney
