The artifact is the public machine-readable fee schedule for v3. Rows are keyed by capabilityId, optional institutionId, and fee direction. Each row carries feeLines with type, optional fixed, optional bips, optional currency, and optional notes.
Verified Rows
The 2026-07-08 artifact publishes no fee rows yet. Method-level service fee defaults and account-scoped developer fee mechanics are verifiable, but no authoritative capability-scoped public schedule row was found for any v3 (capabilityId, institutionId, direction) tuple.
Quote and transfer responses remain the executable pricing contract. Their fees arrays show the applied developer and service fee snapshots for that quote or transfer.

Exact-in quotes must preserve the wire invariant: the input amount minus applied fees equals the output amount returned on the quote.
