How to integrate Swipelux Terms of Service into your application
Unlike flows that require redirecting the user to a Swipelux-hosted page, we allow partners to integrate the acceptance process directly into their own user experience.
Integration Requirements
You are required to include the Swipelux Terms of Service within your own Terms and Conditions or present them clearly during your user onboarding flow (e.g., a mandatory checkbox).
Requirement: You must provide a clear hyperlink to the Swipelux Terms of Service so users can review them.
Presentation Options
Option 1: Embedded in Your Terms
Include Swipelux Terms of Service as a referenced section within your own Terms and Conditions document.
Option 2: Separate Acceptance
Present Swipelux Terms of Service as a separate checkbox during onboarding alongside your own terms.
Option 3: Combined Consent
