# Travel Rule 合規

> 加密資產轉帳的 FATF 建議 16 合規。

## Travel Rule 合規

當轉帳超過適用的當地門檻時,Swipelux 會執行 FATF 建議 16 的控制措施。

* **VASP 對 VASP:** Swipelux 識別對手方 VASP,並透過協定(TRISA/Notabene)傳送發起人/受益人資料
* **非托管錢包:**
  * (a) Swipelux 收集所需的發起人/受益人資訊
  * (b) 由於沒有接收方 VASP,因此不會傳送資料
  * (c) 若鏈上分析顯示存在高風險,轉帳可能會被封鎖
