## Travel Rule compliance

Swipelux past FATF Recommendation 16 controls toe wanneer transfers de toepasselijke lokale drempel overschrijden.

* **VASP-to-VASP:** Swipelux identificeert de counterparty VASP en verzendt Originator/Beneficiary-data via protocol (TRISA/Notabene)
* **Unhosted wallets:**
  * (a) Swipelux verzamelt de vereiste Originator/Beneficiary-informatie
  * (b) Er wordt geen data verzonden omdat er geen ontvangende VASP bestaat
  * (c) Transfers kunnen worden geblokkeerd als blockchain analytics op high-risk exposure duiden
