# Travel Rule Compliance

> Crypto transfers के लिए FATF Recommendation 16 compliance।

## Travel Rule Compliance

जब transfers लागू स्थानीय threshold से अधिक होते हैं तो Swipelux FATF Recommendation 16 controls लागू करता है।

* **VASP-to-VASP:** Swipelux counterparty VASP की पहचान करता है और protocol (TRISA/Notabene) के माध्यम से Originator/Beneficiary data संचारित करता है
* **Unhosted Wallets:**
  * (a) Swipelux आवश्यक Originator/Beneficiary जानकारी एकत्र करता है
  * (b) कोई data संचारित नहीं होता क्योंकि कोई receiving VASP मौजूद नहीं है
  * (c) यदि blockchain analytics high-risk exposure का संकेत देता है तो transfers block हो सकते हैं
