## सामान्य जानकारी

Swipelux OU एक EU-licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) है।

Swipelux flow में regulated crypto activity करता है, जिसमें wallet creation, crypto custody, exchange, और blockchain execution शामिल हैं।

Sub-merchants इन flows में VASP-regulated activity नहीं करते। वे:

* UX/UI और user acquisition को नियंत्रित करते हैं
* users को Swipelux payment infrastructure से जोड़ते हैं
* कभी भी private keys नहीं रखते, नियंत्रित नहीं करते, या access नहीं करते
* कभी भी funds की custody नहीं करते या blockchain transactions execute नहीं करते

### Regulatory Perimeter

क्योंकि Swipelux वह regulated entity है जो crypto leg करता है, sub-merchants को इन flows के लिए VASP/CASP licenses प्राप्त करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, जब तक कि उनके स्वयं के स्थानीय sector licensing की आवश्यकता न हो, जैसे कि gambling या CFD licensing।
