# Shareholders, UBOs, और control persons

## Shareholders, UBOs, और control persons

Business onboarding direct owners, indirect owners, UBOs, control persons, directors, officers, और authorized signers की समीक्षा करता है। ये roles overlap हो सकते हैं, लेकिन वे interchangeable नहीं हैं।

## Role भेद

* एक **direct owner** onboard किए जा रहे business में एक interest रखता है।
* एक **UBO** एक व्यक्ति है जो नीति threshold पर direct या indirect ownership या control के माध्यम से पहुँचा जाता है।
* एक **control person** ownership percentage की परवाह किए बिना business को निर्देशित करता है या significantly प्रभावित करता है।
* एक **director** एक governance भूमिका में कार्य करता है।
* एक **authorized signer** के पास company के लिए कार्य करने का अधिकार है।

## UBO परिभाषा और threshold

एक Ultimate Beneficial Owner एक व्यक्ति है जो direct या indirect रूप से business का 25% या अधिक स्वामित्व या control रखता है। सभी समर्थित देशों में नीति threshold 25% है।

## Ownership chains

जब कोई अन्य entity business की स्वामी हो, तो उस parent के लिए ownership evidence प्रदान करें और प्रत्येक parent entity के माध्यम से तब तक जारी रखें जब तक आप individual UBOs तक नहीं पहुँच जाते। Corporate-structure evidence को 100% ownership का हिसाब देना चाहिए, जिसमें UBO-identification threshold से नीचे के interests शामिल हैं।

## Identity evidence
