# Business onboarding FAQ

## Ownership और control

### यदि एक director 25% से कम रखता है तो क्या होगा?

एक director जो 25% से कम रखता है, उस ownership के कारण अकेले UBO नहीं है। Director भूमिका अलग रहती है और तब भी record की जानी चाहिए जब व्यक्ति board पर सेवा करता है या significant प्रभाव रखता है।

### क्या KYB पूरा करने वाला director power of attorney को skip कर सकता है?

एक formal power of attorney की आवश्यकता तब नहीं हो सकती जब एक director या officer KYB पूरा करता है और उनकी authority, signer भूमिका, और control भूमिका अन्यथा स्थापित होती है। वर्तमान task अभी भी authority evidence, जैसे board resolution या authorization letter, का अनुरोध कर सकता है।

## Documents

### क्या corporate structure एक document upload है या resource data?

यह दोनों हो सकते हैं। जब task अनुरोध करता है तो वर्तमान API/resource facts और supporting evidence submit करें। एक cap table, shareholders' agreement, ledger, ownership chart, या attestation ownership structure का समर्थन कर सकता है, लेकिन यह अनुरोधित related-party facts का स्थान नहीं लेता।
