# Business document requirements

> KYB document categories, acceptance नियम, recency नियम, signatures, और वर्तमान upload सीमाओं की समीक्षा करें।

## KYB document requirements

KYB को formation, ownership, governance, authority, identity, और address evidence की आवश्यकता हो सकती है। सटीक आवश्यकता business, jurisdiction, ownership structure, risk review, और वर्तमान task पर निर्भर करती है।

Business-document नीति इन country codes को सूचीबद्ध करती है:

US, GB, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, BE, AT, CH, IE, PT, PL, SE, DK, NO, FI, LU, SG, HK, AU, NZ, CA, JP, KR, AE, IL, BR, MX, IN

यह सूची नीति सामग्री है, customer या capability availability की गारंटी नहीं।

## वर्तमान task और upload नियम

यह जानने के लिए कि कौन से documents आवश्यक हैं, वर्तमान task पढ़ें। प्रत्येक अनुरोधित file को [`POST /v3/customers/{customerId}/documents`](/api-reference/documents/post-v3-customers-by-customer-id-documents) के साथ upload करें, फिर लौटाए गए document id को applicable task answer में संदर्भित करें।

Upload `multipart/form-data` का उपयोग करता है और raw file bytes को स्वीकार करता है। Endpoint 25 MB तक के PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, और HEIF/HEIC files स्वीकार करता है। एक वर्तमान task स्वीकृत type, count, या format को narrow कर सकता है।

### Certificate of incorporation

Certificate of incorporation एक government-issued evidence है जो business के legal formation और registration को साबित करता है।

Evidence को चाहिए:

* Secretary of state या समकक्ष government body के साथ file किया गया हो

### Corporate structure

Carta, AngelList, और Securitize जैसे मान्यता प्राप्त platforms से Cap tables को अतिरिक्त lawyer या CPA signature की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

### Director structure

Director-structure evidence company के directors, officers, और control persons की पहचान करता है। समीक्षा को वर्तमान related-party resource facts और एक uploaded supporting document दोनों की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।

* Board Resolution
* Annual Report
* Bylaws
* Board Meeting Minutes
* Register of Directors
* Certificate of Incumbency

शामिल करें:

* सभी directors और board members
* सभी executive officers, जिसमें CEO, CFO, COO, और President शामिल हैं
* सभी UBOs जो 25% या अधिक रखते हैं

### Power of attorney

जब एक control person KYB पूरा करता है, तो स्वीकृत विकल्पों में शामिल हो सकते हैं:

* एक director या officer द्वारा signed Authorization Letter

### Proof of address

* PO Box addresses
* Virtual office addresses जब तक physical-address evidence के साथ न हों
* 90 दिनों से पुराने documents, वर्तमान वैध lease agreements को छोड़कर
* Mobile phone bills
* Insurance documents
* Business legal name को संबोधित नहीं किए गए Documents

## अन्य evidence categories

एक वर्तमान task alternative formation documents, annual financial statements, articles of association, bank statements, business licenses, certificates of good standing, operating agreements, partnership agreements, या tax returns का भी अनुरोध कर सकता है। इन्हें नीति document categories के रूप में मानें, निश्चित request values के रूप में नहीं।
