# Travel Rule 合规

> 针对加密资产转账的 FATF 建议 16 合规要求。

## Travel Rule 合规

当转账金额超过适用的本地阈值时,Swipelux 会执行 FATF 建议 16 中的合规控制。

* **VASP 之间:** Swipelux 会识别对手方 VASP,并通过协议(TRISA/Notabene)传输付款方/收款方数据
* **非托管钱包:**
  * (a) Swipelux 会收集所需的付款方/收款方信息
  * (b) 由于不存在接收方 VASP,不会传输数据
  * (c) 若链上分析显示存在高风险敞口,该转账可能被拦截
